Ready-made or custom?

#1
Which is more important when choosing a ready-made betting platform—saving time or flexibility in customization?

For me, it was critical to get to market as quickly as possible. That’s why I chose a turnkey platform. Sure, I had to deal with limited customization, but I launched in just a couple of months.

A friend of mine built a platform from scratch. It took almost a year and required a substantial budget. But he ended up with the perfect solution tailored to his business processes. So, if you have a lot of time, in-house development might be justified.

When I was just starting, I wasn’t ready to invest in a long development cycle, so I picked a ready-made solution. I had to accept some compromises, but we launched without huge investments and tested the idea on the market.

For me, saving time was more important, as I needed to launch quickly.

Time savings matter more for quick launch, while customization flexibility is key for long-term scaling.
