How important is it to have the ability to show ads on the kiosk screen?

For me, it’s extra income. I make deals with partners, and they place banners on my kiosks.

When there’s no active user, instead of a screensaver, I show promotions and special offers. That way a customer approaching the kiosk immediately sees what’s new.

Just be careful not to overdo it. Too many ads turn people off. I had a bad experience when people complained about screens cluttered with banners.
