Our company based in Nairobi, Kenya is seeking an experienced Forum Administrator

Responsibilities and duties:

- Monitor discussion forum
- Moderate and delete posts which violate forum rules
- Blacklist customers who violate forum rules
- Answer customer questions about the forum
- Initiate topics of discussion on behalf of the customer
- Maintain accounts on behalf of customers participating in forum topic discussions
- Communicate with other employees in order to develop the forum

Salary: KSh 30,000 - 60,000 Monthly
