A couple of times I encountered platforms that just crashed under heavy traffic during peak hours. Now I always check how they scale and who their actual hosting provider is.

Uptime is critical for me. If the platform goes down even once a week, complaints from players start rolling in. I prefer solutions with a strong reputation and frequent updates.
