What do you pay attention to in a kiosk interface so that it’s user-friendly?

I prefer the fewest steps: select a service, pay, and that’s it. Too many clicks, and people get confused.

Colors and fonts matter too. I once used a font that was too small, and people got nervous at the kiosk because they couldn’t read the text.
