I pay attention to usage metrics—how many transactions per day, average check, peak hours. From these numbers, I know where to boost advertising or add extra devices.

I analyze which services are most popular. If I see nobody uses a certain service, I think about why and whether to keep offering it.

I check which devices (or payment methods) are used the most. For example, if half the payments are by card, I know I need to make that process as seamless as possible.
